Hi, I'm Bronagh.
Inside Natal grew out of something I realised while working with hundreds of women during pregnancy and after birth as a pelvic health physiotherapist.
Women rarely needed more information.
They needed someone to help them make sense of it in the context of their body, their pregnancy and their life.
That's what I love doing.
Working as a pelvic health physiotherapist, I realised I wanted to support women differently. I wanted the freedom to bring together everything I'd learned, rather than being focused on one part of the picture.
I wanted to give women practical guidance that helped them feel more confident and independent, rather than leaving with more information and more questions.
Over the years I've brought together training in biology, pelvic health physiotherapy, birth education, behaviour change, CBT-informed approaches, and the science of movement and exercise for women during pregnancy and after birth.
Inside Natal brings all of that together in one place.
Sometimes that means helping you understand your changing body, your pelvic floor and how to move with confidence through pregnancy and after birth.
Sometimes it means helping you understand how your body and mind respond to stress, pain and uncertainty, so you can build the confidence and capacity to cope, make decisions and advocate for yourself when it matters.
Often it's a bit of both.
My aim is that one appointment, together with your personalised follow-up resources, will give you everything you need.
But pregnancy has a habit of moving the goalposts. Then the baby arrives and moves them again.
So if life changes, you find yourself with a whole new set of questions, or simply need to talk things through again...
